These terms apply to Tikalytics, operated by Tikalytics.App Inc. By creating an account or purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms.

Tikalytics provides market-research estimates for informational purposes. Results are not guaranteed sales totals and are not guarantees of sales, profit, product availability, or future performance.

Membership options

Monthly Pro. The ordinary Pro membership costs $12 per month and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel through Billing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Grand opening lifetime offer. During the grand-opening sale, Pro may be purchased for a one-time payment of $50 through a clearly labeled sale page or sale email. This is a separate, non-recurring purchase: it does not create a subscription, attach a renewal date, or trigger any further automatic charges. “Pro for life” means your Pro membership remains active until Tikalytics discontinues the service, as described in the features and discontinuation clause below.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. This applies to both the monthly Pro plan and the one-time grand-opening purchase. For monthly Pro, cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Account binding. Your Pro membership — monthly or lifetime — is bound to the email address on your account and is not transferable to another person or email unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Using the service

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass membership controls, interfere with availability, or redistribute paid datasets without written permission.

We may change or discontinue features when needed to operate and improve the service. Material pricing or membership changes will be presented before they apply to a future charge. If Tikalytics discontinues the service entirely, lifetime and monthly members alike lose access at discontinuation.
