Privacy

Tikalytics is operated by Tikalytics.App Inc. We store the account information needed to provide access: your email address, a one-way password hash, email-verification status, and payment customer and subscription identifiers.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by Tikalytics. We use membership records to provide or remove Pro access and to open the secure billing portal.

Grand-opening lifetime purchases

When you buy the one-time $50 grand-opening offer, we store a one-time PaymentIntent identifier and a Stripe Customer identifier so we can record the purchase and activate your membership. We keep the limited checkout and email-reset operational records needed to complete that setup — the verification and password-setup emails, and the payment status — so we can finish your account and resolve problems.

You receive transactional emails for this purchase: a setup email with your password link and a receipt. These emails are sent directly to you about your order, not for marketing. We do not store your card details, and a lifetime purchase has no recurring charge to bill.

Retention

We also keep limited operational records needed to deliver verification emails, prevent abuse, process billing updates safely, diagnose failures, and protect the service.

Account and operational records are retained only as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, and meet billing or legal obligations. We do not sell account information.
